The Cold Steel SRK (Survival Rescue Knife) is a versatile knife capable of withstanding the most extreme abuse. The AUS 8 blade is coated with a Teflon coating which helps protect it from the elements. It has a strong clip point that is useful for delicate work yet has enough belly to allow efficient cutting, slashing and skinning. The blade is 3/16 of an inch thick and offers a sturdy point and edge configuration. The handle comes with a single finger guard and a deeply checkered Kraton grip. The SRK is also available in a San Mai III® steel version.
